Calisthenic
Characteristics:
Class is focused on coordination and strength exercises. During the lessons we will develop strength abilities in the form of individual and group exercises. Part of the lesson is combative and gymnastic exercises for strengthening, shaping the body and improving motoric abilities and skills. In case of nice weather exercise outdoors.
The aim of the course is to improve physical fitness, especially the strength and coordination skills. We do basic gymnastic elements (hand stand, upswing, plank, gymnastic positions…)
